1. Determine IP address 2. Is camera coming up? If so, but door access is not - it most likely needs a reboot. Access the web page, then navigate to Management-->Tools-->Reboot at the bottom of the page. {{:start:screenshot_2025-03-31_131523.png?400|}} 3. If this still does not work, reboot ASManager (restart the PC) 4. If it still won't come up after that, consider upgrading firmware. Use the GV-IP Device utility to determine current firmware. 5. Before actually upgrading firmware, enter the current password in the GV-IP Device utility. Click Configure to bring up the proper screen. This will cause a reboot of the device and will sometimes fix it. {{:start:screenshot_2025-03-31_134740.png?400|}} 6. If that doesn't resolve, then proceed with firmware upgrade. ***NOTE*** You may need to reach out to Geovision technical support for the latest firmware version.
