Login to Connect.inseego.com From the dashboard, select devices. Match the IMEI at the bottom of the Inseego to the IMEI listed to confirm device. If doing remotely, ask manager on site to send photo of bottom of Inseego device to get the IMEI. Click on device name next to IMEI. Click the pen next to the device name and type in the store number followed by the location. Example: CD365090 Savannah. Click the check mark that appears underneath. Click "Update Firmware" and then click "update." Click "Configure" then click the pen next to "User Preferences." Scroll down to Reboot Settings and click the checkbox next to "Reboot Enabled" and then click "Save to Device." Click the pen next to "Primary Network." Change the WiFI name to "Captain Ds Staffxx" with the last two numbers of the store number replacing the "xx" For example, CD365056 Pooler would have the WiFi name "Captain Ds Staff56" Change the security to "WPA2 Personnal PSK (AES)" Change the password to "captainds#(store number)".
