- Got FL217 back online, issue as I understand it was they had contacted another helpdesk who had them unplug cables from the firewall but didn't tell them to put them back in the right spots
  - Emailed the GM and DM of OK014 as the site is currently coming up as offline in Hik
  - Completed 57 dvr checks for DYNE, with 2 locations having to be formatted and locations having their time updated
