1.  Log in to voip.ms

2.  Click on DID Numbers

3.  Under Local United States, click Start procedure

4.  Before you start the porting procedure, please be sure you have a copy of the bill, and all the information you need.

Select the "Click here to continue" button

5.  Fill out the steps using below as an example

6.  Provide address, etc.  All fields with an * must be filled out.

7.  Upload PDF of the bill & submit
