  2. schedule Comcast tech to visit Shreveport saturday
  3. called Springfield about dvr 1 being offline and tried to get it back up, emailed Tammy once it appeared that dvr 1 was no longer functional
  4. completed dvr checks for other customers
  5. went back and did the dvr checks for all but one dyne locations that were stuck in a lock loop
