Troubleshooting steps when no flags.

  1. 1. Ensure the time is correct
  2. 2. If it is correct, reboot the DVR
  3. 3. If flags still don't come up, go to Storage settings and determine whether or not the hard drive is “Normal”.
  4. 4. If hard drive is Normal, attempt to format the hard drive.
  5. 5. If all of this doesn't fix it, please escalate to the next tier of support
