  1. Start off by using the device tool for the camera manufacturer, for instance, SADP for Hikvision, GV-IP Device Utility for Geovision, etc.
  2. Once the camera has been activated (step 1 above), log into the IP address you have selected using Internet Explorer mode of Edge.
  3. Label the camera under Configuration–>System Settings –>Basic Information–>Device Name
  4. Adjust Daylight Savings Time (DST) under Configuration–>System Settings –>DST
    1. Check Enable DST
    2. Change Start Time to MAR Second
    3. Change End Time to NOV First
    4. Change DST Bias to 60 minutes
    5. Click Save
  5. Go to Time Settings under Configuration–>System Settings –>Time Settings, select Manual Time Sync. and click the Sync. with computer time checkbox, and then click Save.
