1. Went through help desk emails and ensured that the requests from last week were taken care of. Several locations were offline last week on Friday, but it was due to the storms and all locations were back up.
2. DW check Sure there were no issues at the time of doing it.
3. Had a phone meeting with Brian regarding his progress on the road. He is still in Alabama as to meet with Tom and get a clear understanding of the expectations regarding new captain D's installations. Following the conversation, I made new jobs in jobber 4 captain D's in Springfield TN, Ellianos in Cartersville GA, and Griffin captain D's. Brian will go to each location to correct outstanding issues at each.
4. The team meeting revolved around Ariel’s return and making sure everyone has a clear understanding of their current tasks. Ariel We'll start by updating our master list of contacts which will likely lead to discovering more things that need to be updated.
5. After lunch I started working on a configuration checklist for all Hik Connect locations. This document, which will be uploaded to my folder in SharePoint, will ensure each location has been properly configured as per our configuration documentation. I am doing it in the same order it appears on Hik Connect. In doing this checklist I found several locations that needed some modifications to bring them up to our standards. Very few locations were completely missing some information, so I corrected those as I went.
6. As per Brian's request I corrected the issue with Brunswick. The screens were offline and for this location it required me to use any desk to access this location, simply log into the computer, and then end my connection using any desk. The desk login information is in SharePoint under Ellianos monitors folder. I then took care of Palm Coast as Brian noted their cameras were down due to the reoccurring issue with the USB NIC. I was able to correct the issue by accessing the location using action one, right clicking on the windows logo, selecting devices, uninstalling the USB item with the error, then clicking the actions option and searching for new devices.
