1. Determine IP address
2. Is camera coming up? If so, but door access is not - it most likely needs a reboot. Access the web page, then navigate to Management–>Tools–>Reboot at the bottom of the page.
3. If this still does not work, reboot ASManager (restart the PC)
4. If it still won't come up after that, consider upgrading firmware. Use the GV-IP Device utility to determine current firmware.
5. Before actually upgrading firmware, enter the current password in the GV-IP Device utility. Click Configure to bring up the proper screen. This will cause a reboot of the device and will sometimes fix it.
6. If that doesn't resolve, then proceed with firmware upgrade. *NOTE* You may need to reach out to Geovision technical support for the latest firmware version.
