- Contacting Tim Boone about Captain D's Jonesboro's Register camera being offline
- Contacting Heather Coulter about Famous' Daves Smyrna's Outside Back Door being a blinding white color and cleaning the Prep Area camera
- Attempted to reach out to Kingsport to identify DVR issue per the email from Mark Phillips, but the onsite person to be reached was not there and won't be back until 10:30am tomorrow.
- Had the weekly meeting today
- Completed 32 dvr checks, with 2 time zone updated and 1 time updated. Additionally, the Office camera for AL016 has darkened dramatically.
