  1. Called Comcast about AR006 port forwarding issue, had the customer service guy requesting start and end port numbers and the server IP. Attempted to give him the usual three port numbers (8000, 10080, and 10554) and both the private and public IP but nothing work. Guy eventually had to hang up to assist other people.
  2. Emailed DYNE IT about port forwarding issue for AR006 and TX015 to see if they could assist, got an email response from an AI assistant named Elementum that reads as follows “We did not request port forwarding be turned off for AR006 or TX015. Brian should be an authorized user for both the ISPs and Acumera. Please work with them to correct the issue.”
  3. Called Suddenlink/Optimum about Leesville port forwarding issue, first call got hung up on after finally reaching customer service, second call managed to enable port forwarding
  4. Emailed Acumera to see if they can assist with AR006 and TX015
  5. Called FL306 about their network issue just as somebody came onsite to fix their internet potentially, awaiting results
  6. Sent an email to Rebecca Allen about Oak Grove being offline, she responded by stated that the store shut down in February
  7. Emailed DM of FL051 about site being offline, possibly connected to storm that passed over Jacksonville today
