- Helped cleared out help desk by deleted the emails in “Other” that were not actual issues and emails in “Focus” that were no longer issues
- Did a quick screen sweep of Elliano's client sites, fixed one of Palm Coast's monitors and put video feed back on it while notifying of Palatka's down camera in chat
- FL051 has been brought back online after it had resolved its wifi issues
- Went back into Palm Coast to fix the cameras that went down again as a result of windows being difficult
- completed 54 dvr checks for Trident
