- Called Terry Schoolmaster to make a second attempt as restoring Springfield dvr 1 but was unsuccessful, will assist in getting the Oak Grove dvr set up as the new dvr 1 once it is hooked up tomorrow
- called Round Rock, worked out that issue likely lies within server rack, awaiting for when a tall enough ladder and a laptop will be onsite
- worked with Wayne Lampp over email to get Jasper 2 back online
- completed dvr checks for trident
