Troubleshooting steps when no flags.
- 1. Ensure the time is correct
- 2. If it is correct, reboot the DVR
- 3. If flags still don't come up, go to Storage settings and determine whether or not the hard drive is “Normal”.
- 4. If hard drive is Normal, attempt to format the hard drive.
- 5. If all of this doesn't fix it, please escalate to the next tier of support
