Restore AnyDesk access to Chaffee Ubuntu server Sometimes the AnyDesk application crashes and fails to restart. You can restore access, directly from the Chaffee Client AnyDesk connection. You need to know the IP of the server. The easiest way to find this is with DW Spectrum Client.

Step 1: Verify port number is reported correctly in hik-connect. Look for ports 10080,10081,10082, etc. Step 2: Verify the IP listed in the weekly DVR check with the IP specified on hik-connect Step 3: ping the ip address to see if it is up. Not all locations have ping enabled, this is just a step to check for an active connection.
